What is the refund and warranty policy for new products?

  • For orders within 30 days of delivery, if you do not want the product unopened or if you find any product quality problems after unpacking, please contact us to request a refund. If the conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping and handling charges).
  • The return window is closed for orders delivered more than 30 days ago, however we offer a 2-year warranty on all Ragnok products.

Refunds, exchanges and returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item has not been opened or used and is in its original condition. Reimbursement will be made for the full value of the order, minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives with any type of factory damage, please contact us within 7 days by email at ragnok.brasil@gmail.com, providing the order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We analyze each case individually, but we always strive to offer a satisfactory solution to our customers.
